Conditions of participation Competitions

All persons residing in Switzerland are entitled to participate. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The winners will be drawn and notified in writing. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Cash payment is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The period for participation in a competition will be announced in connection with the respective competition. The prizes are valid in the name of the participating person and are not transferable to third parties. If the distribution of a prize to a winner determined in the drawing is not possible because notification of the prize and/or delivery of the prize fails and cannot be made within one month of the draw, the claim to the prize lapses. The organizer reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate the competition for objective reasons at any time without prior notice.
